In all fairness it is absolutely way too early to say that pandemic is over, but for many, if not most people, we want the pandemic to be over. Now that younger kids can get vaccinated and there has been good uptake of boosters from the general public and treatments available, yeah, lets get out and have some fun. A good museum gala has been a tried and true social event for those who care and it's great to see these coming back in full force. Yes, the Met Gala was the other night and while we declined our invitation, we are looking forward to catching up on all the snazzy dress and gossip surrounding the event, Vogue is already posting their take on it. But, the Met aside where you kind of believe the show must go on, there are other smaller museums that contribute to their communities that have been hosting theirs, PAMM in Miami, their 9th annual Art Of The Party was on back in early March. And a few weeks ago, one the best small museum. Honestly really happy to see people getting back out and mingling, celebrate art and culture. Despite The Met never checking with us first to make sure our schedule is clear for the Gala, we're ok with that. Be safe.
